About the Project
During the total renovation of the Magee Marsh Visitor Center in 2022, Graphite Design + Build worked with Ohio Department of Natural Resources and local architects and construction companies to re-design the interior of the building. The design includes dioramas, maps, interactive elements, and educational signage that highlight the past, present, and future of northwest Ohio’s wetlands.
The Seasons of Change Wildlife Clock features 30 different species of birds who find a home in the cottonwood trees at Magee Marsh each year. The display includes a printed cottonwood tree graphic in the background with each bird individually mounted in front of its respective season of the tree.
